Quality Is First Priority
All Wolfson engineers and manufacturing specialists believe that quality is achieved via the production process rather than inspection, which is why we use lean thinking and quality control (QC) between processes to produce the best results.
We focus soft quality, such as material certification, unique material and test requirements, heat treatment reports, and so on, in addition to hard quality, which is 100 percent dimensional and material verification. Before the actual manufacturing process begins, all requirements and testing methods are conveyed and validated, and appropriate raw material certification is presented for approval.
Advanced optical emission spectroscopy, tensile testers, hardness testers, and impact testers are all available in our testing facility. Non-destructive testing, like magnetic particle inspection(MPI), liquid penetrant testing(PT), ultrasonic testing(UT), are also available.
